Alex studied Psychology and Behavioural Therapy before starting his career as a Lead Instructor at Real Social Dynamics in 2007.
At RSD, he ran over 315 bootcamps, 87 seminars, over 160 free presentations around the world and personally coached over 6276 people.
His online courses and YouTube videos on social dynamics, pick up, dating and relationships have been watched by several million of men.
Since 2007 he has been coaching people in the field at least 3 days a week, 45 weeks a year, making him one of the most experienced pick up and dating coaches in the world.
Today, he is the founder and Head Coach of 4 Week Natural where he runs his coveted 4 Week Natural Immersion programs.

What Times Are Available to Call?
Alex is based in Europe United Kingdom Time (London) and Central European (Paris) time for the most part of the year.
Call times are open from 11am - 11pm in his time zone, though precise all blocks vary each day.
Call times are available Sunday to Monday 7 days a week.
Available call times can been seen in the scheduling interface when you register for the call.
What if I’m in a vastly different time zone from Alex Social when scheduling a call?
When you go to schedule a call you will see the times available to connect with Alex Social converted to your own time zone. It may be the case thatA alex is available from 12 midday to 10pm, which would display as options in your location time, for example 8am to 6pm.
How do I decide what I want to focus on during the call?
How you use your time with Alex Social is up to you. You can focus specifically on one thing, one skill, life coaching or personal analysis. You can also combine several different focuses, time permitting. You can outline your focus prior to the call in the pre call questionnaire.
Is it true that I get special access to Alex’s online programs once I register for my call?
Yes, on completion of registration of your call you are taken to special purchase links for Alex’s online programs. One about inner game, and one about day game/phone game and one about conversations.
These programs are usually $797usd, but once you are a call client you have access to these calls for the 4 Week Natural student price of $47usd.
How do I connect with Alex Social, by phone or skype or zoom or facetime or facebook messenger?
You will fill out a call preparation form where you will submit your preferred form of contact, and will be contacted through that means in preparation for that cal
How do I pay for phone coaching with Alex Social?
We accept credit cards via Stripe.
Do you accept bank transfer?
Yes, we can accept bank transfer, but you need to email us admin@4weeknatual.com to make that special arrangement.
Can Alex connect to my phone virtually to work with my text message game and coaching me on text message strategy?
Yes, if you consent to screen sharing Alex can work with you live to review your text messages. You need to installed Team Viewer software onto your phone for this to work. Download the app; Team Viewer Quick Support
How do I set the time of the phone call with Alex Social?
When you commit to the call you will be taken to a scheduling interface to choose one of Alex’s remaining times for a call.
Can I do a video call with Alex Social?
Yes you can make your call a video call, but video calls are unnecessary.
Video calls are less reliable than voice calls and are more prone to interruption and unreliability.
Can I have Alex Social look at videos and media for analysis and breakdown in preparation for the phone call?
Yes you can. You would have to submit links to hosted files prior to the call and your submitted media will be reviewed while on the call.
You CAN NOT send your media to Alex Social to save open and review. Media must be hosted online to be viewed online.
What if i can’t make the originally planned call time?
You can change your time up until 12 hours before you commence the call.
You can change your call time using online scheduling software.
What if I miss my scheduled call time?
You will forfeit your appointment.
If you have a valid medical note or official note explaining your absence from the call you may qualify for another make-up-call.
If you cannot make your scheduled call due to connectively issues, or your phone is not charged or functioning properly you will forfeit your call.
What if I want to refund a scheduled call time?
Once your call is booked it is NON-REFUNDABLE. But you can transfer you call time to future time slots with 12 hours notice.
What if I want a refund after connecting with Alex Social?
This service is non-refundable. Though in the case of unforeseen connectivity interruptions you can reschedule a call.
How do I know my personal information, and my conversation with Alex Social will be kept private and confidential?
All conversations are protected by the client confidentiality agreement. Any notes kept are kept in an encrypted file system offline and the file name is identified by initial, not name.
Am I locked into any contract with Alex Social?
No, calls are set up on a call by call basis. This is in no way a subscription service. There are no reoccurring charges.
On occasion you will be encouraged to set up a follow up call on completion of a call.
How do I set up more than one call?
At the time of scheduling you can select two future call times, and then would pay the fees for both calls collectively at time of confirmation.
In accordance with ongoing advice from Alex Social you can set up follow up calls whilst in consultation.
What if the call drops or we have a bad line during the call and we cannot complete the call?
It is solely your responsibility to ensure your phone connection is strong and reliable before your call. Ensure that other devices are not interfering with your data connection, or that you have clear cell reception. You can uses services like www.speedtest.net to check your connection speed before you make online phone calls.
